The Press and Public Relations Department coordinates relations between the museum and the media, keeping journalists and art critics promptly informed about the exhibitions and activities it organizes.

Information about events appears regularly in a variety of ways, as calendars of exhibitions and activities, press releases, news items related to the Centre and its Collection, and as downloadable press packs, with dossiers and jpeg format pictures. Journalists may also request high-resolution images, consult the archive about past activities –which is gradually being assembled– and look-up detailed information about the building.

In addition to this online content, The Press and Public Relations Department organizes press conferences for each new exhibition which includes a guided tour in the company of the artists and/or curators of the show. This Department is in charge of coordinating interviews with the exhibitions’ curators and/or artists, with participants in the activities and with the director and other staff at the Centre.

The Press and Public Relations Department also coordinates any filming or photography sessions of a documentary nature undertaken by the media inside the building. It must receive a written request for these recordings.
